Ok, let's see if you know what I'm talking about with a summary.  Write a summary of a book you've recently read, or a movie you saw this summer.  I'd like this to be a medium length summary in your own words.  It should be a paragraph of about 5-7 sentences.  Make sure that your first sentence is a topic sentence.

I've put an example below of a book I read this summer.

This summer I read a creepy zombie action novel called The Fallen by Charlie Higson.  The Fallen is the fifth book in a series that follows groups of kids in the aftermath of a zombie apocalypse.   In this story, the kids want to find out more about the disease (and possibly try to "cure" the infected).  But, the expedition they send out struggles against the grown-ups (the infected) and the kids who stay behind in the museum are attacked by one of their own.  So, the expedition returns and the kids realize they have to make their "home" safe before they go on any more save-the-world missions.  The Fallen is an exciting story with just the right amount of hope, tragedy, excitement, and gore.
